All pain, skin conditions, digestive problems, ingrown toe-nails, etc., are signs. When we don't feel well, alert and optimistic, our body wants to tell us something. No matter how old we are!

Who of us is listening what our body wants to tell us? We get told it is just a part of life or of getting older - and most of us believe this.

To get rid of the symptom, most of us take medication - which never addresses the true cause of the problem. What IS the true cause? It is an imbalance or blockage of the Chi-flow (Life-Force) caused by physical, emotional, or environmental trauma. Chinese Medicine says that when our Chi (Life-Energy) is blocked our body is no longer in harmony. It is in dis-harmony. Over the years this dis-harmony turns into dis-ease.

What nobody tells us.

Sometimes it is really informative to be in other countries. Did you know about the LIPOBAI (it reduces cholesterol) scandal August 2001 in Germany? Fifty-two people who had taken this cholesterol medication had died. The public was alarmed, the pharmaceutical company BAYER was in big trouble, charges were laid against the top management, the stocks fell, and the company thought about to sell the pharmaceutical part of the company.

After September 11th, 2001 - the charges against the top management were dropped, the stocks recovered, BAYER announced that the pharmaceutical branch will not be sold, and the media had more important issues to write about.

The scientist and medical researcher Matthias Rath, M.D., talked about this and other very interesting issues during a lecture in the Interconti-Hotel in Berlin , which was attended by more than 2000 people.

One of Dr Rath's discoveries is: "That long-term vitamin deficiency is also the primary cause of high blood pressure, heart failure, circulatory problems in diabetis and other related cardiovascular diseases."

Here you can see the title of scientific research from June 5, 1986 , in the "Journal of Biological Chemistry", one of the most important research journals worldwide. The research topic was: which molecule regulates the cholesterol production in the cells of the body? The result was: Ascorbic Acid. What is this? Vitamin C. Since 1986 all pharmaceutical companies know that Vitamin C regulates naturally the cholesterol overproduction without side effects.

Finally I had the explanation for something I wondered since a few years. My mother who always buttered her bread in a way that one needed a magnifier to see the butter, who never drank milk or loved bacon and other fatty "horrible" things suddenly had alarming high cholesterol levels. Proven Dangers of Microwaves

During this time of the year we probably use microwave ovens more than usual.

Christmas shopping, the need for warm food and warmed up leftovers from the turkey dinner; but do we really know what is happening in these handy little ovens?

The foods exposed to microwave radiation are dramatically altered. The molecular structure of the food is changed to such degree that the body has difficulties to metabolize it. The molecules are heated from the inside out not from the outside to the inside.

Water molecules are the most sensitive to this unnatural heating process. Have you ever tasted tea or coffee made with microwave heated water? Try it and then realize that our body consists to 70% of water. I know, we are not sitting in a microwave oven, but some of the radiation is hitting us.

Standing within three feet of a working oven exposes us to six milligoffs (I don't know how much this is.) of radiation. This will reduce the electrical potential of your body and weaken the cell membranes, producing an environment favorable to bacteria, viruses and mutogenic processes that can cause cancer.

Swiss, Russian and German scientific clinical studies point out facts we can no longer ignore, for example:

~ A decrease in the bioavailability of B-Complex vitamins, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, essential minerals and lipotropics in all foods.

~ A long term cumulative loss of vital energies within humans, animals and plants that were located within a 500-meter radius of the operational equipment.

~ A loss of 60-90% of the vital energy field content of all tested foods.

When in Germany I heard a lecture where a Biophysicist told about a study done with cats. The cats were kept inside (no sun, no magnetic energy from the earth) and only fed food and water which was treated in a microwave oven. Guess what happened - after about 4 weeks the poor cats were dead. Probably because of the lack of life energy (chi).

The reason we don't die so quickly is, that we also eat other foods, go in the sun, are exposed to the magnetic field of the earth, and generally don't warm our water in the microwave. The body has no way of warning us that it is affected by this radiation.

Why did the Soviet Union ban microwave ovens in 1976? They must have known more than most of us.

Here is something to think about:
In America, neither universities nor the federal government have conducted any tests concerning the effects on our bodies from eating microwaved foods. Isn't that a bit odd?
